The Strategic Advantage for your organization

Dr. Adams has been managing complex processes and organizations for almost 30 years. She is experienced in change management for K-20 education, small business and non-profit organizations. She managed complex multi-million dollar federal contracts in Washington, DC, taught briefly at the University of Georgia, conducted national conferences and events, and created professional development opportunities for educators in child care, Head Start, K-12 and higher education. As Vice President for Research and Planning she increased university annual grant awards by 415% in one year, and brought in $27 million in federal grants within three years for one grassroots initiative. She led her university in efforts that resulted in no institutional effectiveness recommendations for a SACSCOC regional reaffirmation. Her expertise is developing processes that support organizational change through research, strategic planning, funding acquisitions and organizational effectiveness. Dr. Adams is passionate about strategic leadership and is a prolific national presenter on innovation and change.  She  graduated from Jacksonville State University, the University of Michigan and the University of Georgia.
