Alicia has been integrating complex processes into relevant and useful systems that accomplish institutional effectiveness for more than 20 years.  She is experienced in change management for higher education, small business and not for profit organizations. She managed complex multi-million dollar federal contracts in Washington, DC, taught at the University of Georgia, conducted national conferences and events, and created professional development opportunities for educators in child care, Head Start, K-12 and higher education. She recently increased university annual grant awards by 415% in one year, and brought in $27 million in three years. She led her university in efforts that resulted in no institutional effectiveness recommendations for a SACSCOC regional reaffirmation onsite visit. Her expertise is developing systems from complex processes that support strategic planning, proposal development and university-wide institutional effectiveness. Alicia is passionate about strategic leadership and is a prolific national presenter on innovation and change.  She leads a team of experienced professionals armed with proven strategies.  Alicia graduated from Jacksonville State University, the University of Michigan and the University of Georgia.​
